I'm Ramasamy Arivuselvam, a first-year at HKUST in Hong Kong. I'm building FitCheck and running Xposure Labs. I've debated since school, so I'll make this a proper case. It takes seven minutes.

All of it, using Claude Code. No one else has written code for it. I started on 29 October 2026, and real testers had it within a week.

What is answer engine optimisation?

When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google's AI who to call, the answer names a few businesses. AEO is the work that makes yours more likely to be one of them. It's the main thing Xposure Labs does.

What's the best argument you've ever made?

The motion was "Does invention lead to destruction?" Every speaker before me talked about pollution and war. I read it literally: invention destroys problems. Trains destroyed the problem of not being able to travel far, and I built my whole case on examples like that.

  1. Lakshmi School, and kung fu.

    I start at Lakshmi School in Madurai and take up kung fu in kindergarten. I stay at that school for 14 years.

  2. Trillom Bionetsoft.

    8th grade. I start making the bank transfers at my father's software company, and I've worked there ever since.

  3. A book, and a tender.

    At 14 I write and publish an English grammar book, and the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu releases it. I also help Trillom win a government tender.

  4. 587 out of 600, and my first failure.

    ICSE Class 10 goes well. The e-commerce business I build that same year doesn't. It fails, and it teaches me what hard work really costs. At 15 I also make my first stock trade. A later $1,000 portfolio returns 9.3%.

  5. Qwerty Online Solutions.

    I register a company in Delaware, source products from China and sell them overseas. The financial planning, operations and client work are all mine.

  6. 150,000 candidates.

    Business development internship at Trillom. I present to officials at Tamil Nadu's Ministry of Education and help organise a state-level online exam.

  7. 487 out of 500.

    ISC Class 12, with 100 in English. Fourteen years at one school, finished.

  8. Xposure Labs goes live.

    I launch an answer engine optimisation agency, and that same month I stand in front of Parliament for the photo at the top of this page.
